Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Bernardino-Line web site. Read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Authenticity

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine and details are identified clearly against the product description.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

Products Details

Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. We do not supply any testers free of charge.

Customer Orders

Delivery

We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

VERY IMPORTANT!
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

We do not allow cross-border transactions. Your order must be sent to the same country as your credit card is billed to.

Order Payment

Payment online can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express or Maestro/Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Bernardino-Line.

Returns & Order Cancellation

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within three working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

Cancellation of Orders

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched to you within seven working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of seven days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Bernardino-Line. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Any order cancelled after order confirmation and before order despatch wil be subject to a £1 (ONE POUND) admin fee.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights

It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Bernardino-Line. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Security

We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Bernardino-Line.

Data Privacy

We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1984. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from Bernardinio-Line. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. If you have saved your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings by changing your mailing list options. Bernardino-Line will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
